3.1 To provide you with basketball agent services when you are a basketball player or a coach


Name and surname, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, personal No., nationality, signature, data of the identity documents, copies of identity documents, marital status, copies of identity documents of family members, bank account number, honorarium, previous teams, stats, availability, height and weight, photo, video, player number, information about business trips, travel tickets, travel information, agent representation agreement, data provided in agent representation agreement, sport activity contract, data provided in sport activity contract, lending agreement, data provided in lending agreement, parent / guardian consent when you are minor, parent / guardian name and surname when you are minor, parent / guardian personal No. when you are minor, parent / guardian date of birth when you are minor, parent / guardian ID number when you are minor, parent / guardian signature when you are minor

We conclude and execute agent representation agreement with you (Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)


You agreed to that (Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR)

Until expiration of the contract and 10 years after expiration of the contract with you or after the service is provided to you

3.3 To maintain business relations with you, when you are our partner - agent




Name, surname, personal No., date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, agent license, agent license No., the term of the license of the agent, athletes who are provided with agent services, honorarium, bank account number, partnership or any other agreement, data provided in partnership or any other agreement

We conclude and execute partnership or any other agreement with you (Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)


Until expiration of the contract and 10 years after expiration of the contract with you

3.4 To maintain business relations with natural and legal persons you represent

Name, surname, personal No., address, power of attorney, power of attorney expiration date, signature, connection with the represented person, the person you represent, position, telephone number, e-mail address, communication with the Company, information about the person you represent


We have a legitimate interest (to maintain relations with natural or legal persons you represent) (Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR)


Until expiration of the contract and 10 years after expiration of the contract with the person you represent (when we have a contract with you) or 10 years after the receipt of the last inquiry

3.5 To comply with legal requirements in the field of accounting when you are our client, partner or provider

3.7 To manage our accounts on social networking sites

Name and surname, e-mail address, gender, country, picture, message, time and date the message was received, content of the message, message attachments, response to the message, time of response to the message, information about Company’s rating, comments on a post, post shares, information about post reactions

3.8 To engage in legal proceedings related to you

All information mentioned above, documents and attachments sent to you, documents and attachments submitted by you, procedural documents, court rulings, resolutions, decisions

The data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Art. 9 (2) (f) of the GDPR)


4. Which information do I have to provide you with and why?


Please refer to the Answer to question 3 above - you have to provide us with the information which we need:

  • to conclude and execute agent representation agreement with you when you are a basketball player or a coach for the purpose set forth in section 3.1;
  • to conclude and execute partnership agreement with you when you are our partner for the purpose set forth in section 3.3;
  • to comply with legal requirements in the field of accounting when you are our client, partner or provider for the purpose set forth in section 3.5.

In case you do not provide us with this information, we will not be able to provide the basketball agent services, maintain partnership relations or comply with legal requirements in the field of accounting.


5. Do you share information about me in the territory of the European Economic Area2 and beyond?


We share the information about you with the following entities only where necessary and permitted by applicable laws and for the reasons listed under the Answer 3 above:


  • State Tax Inspectorate Under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania (data are transmitted for the purpose set forth in section 3.5);
  • UAB "Fargo finansai" (data are transmitted for the purpose set forth in section 3.5 and for clerical purpose);
  • UAB "ANTHROPOS HEALTH” (data are transmitted for the purpose set forth in section 3.2);
  • Wasserman Media Group, LLC (data are transmitted for the purposes set forth in sections 3.1, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5);
  • Facebook Ireland Ltd., Facebook, Inc. (data are transmitted for the purpose set forth in section 3.7);
  • Google Ireland Ltd., Google LLC (data are transmitted for the purposes set forth in sections 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.8);
  • LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, LinkedIn Corporation (data are transmitted for the purpose set forth in section 3.7);
  • Twitter Inc. (data are transmitted for the purpose set forth in section 3.7);
  • courts, law enforcement and other state institutions (data may be transmitted for all purposes indicated in the answer to question 3);
  • attorneys, attorney’s assistants, notaries, bailiffs, auditors, consultants, co-operating basketball agents, other agents, IT service providers, electronic communications service providers, insurance companies, archiving services and other subjects that provide services to the Company (data may be transmitted for all purposes indicated in the answer to question 3).

6. How do you protect information about me transmitted outside the European Economic Area?


In most cases, personal data are processed and transmitted in the territory of the European Union and the European Economic Area, but when necessary for the provision of certain services, the data may be transmitted and processed beyond those territories when the personal data protection level is maintained. When this is permitted by law and is required for the reasons given in this policy to the Answer to question 5, we disclose information about you:


  • Wasserman Media Group, LLC (data are transmitted in accordance with Commission decision on alternative set of standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries);
  • Facebook, Inc. (USA) (data are protected in accordance with Privacy Shield program);
  • LinkedIn Corporation (USA) (data are protected in accordance with Privacy Shield program);
  • Google LLC (USA) (data are protected in accordance with Privacy Shield program);
  • Twitter Inc. (USA) (data are protected in accordance with Privacy Shield program).

7. What can I do about my information at your company?


GDPR and other laws provide you with certain rights, procedures for implementation of and exceptions to these rights. When allowed by law, you can:


  • Submit a request for confirmation that the Company is processing the data related to you. If the Company process the data related to you, request access to the data processed and related information;
  • Submit a request to correct inaccurate or incorrect information used or to supplement it when it is not complete;
  • Submit a request to delete the information we have about you if we use it illegally;
  • Submit a request to restrict the processing of your information – if you dispute the accuracy of the data or object to the processing of the data, if you do not accept that your data would be deleted which was illegally processed, or if you need the data to claim, execute or defend legal claims;
  • Object to collection, use and storage of your information at our Company – when we process data based on the Company's legal and / or third party interests;
  • Submit a request to transfer (receive) the data that you provided to us under the contract or giving the consent and which we process by automated means, generally using electronic form;
  • To withdraw any consents given to us regarding information used about you - when we use the data based on your consent;
  • To lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence or place of an alleged infringement of the GDPR and seek a judicial remedy.
